摘 要:[目的]筛选出防治帚用高粱炭疽病的高效药剂。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法和分生孢子萌发抑制法测定了23种杀菌剂对高粱炭疽菌的室内生物活性,并选用5种抑菌效果较好的药剂进行田间试验。[结果] 250 g/L吡唑醚菌酯EC、250 g/L嘧菌酯SC、50%多菌灵WP室内抑菌效果较好,对菌丝的EC_(50)值分别为0.0029、0.0143、0.0054 mg/L;对分生孢子的EC_(50)值分别为0.0039、0.0586、0.1887 mg/L。末次喷施3种药剂10 d后的田间防效分别为91.00%、66.20%、60.26%,分别增产4.80%、5.96%、11.75%。[结论]250 g/L吡唑醚菌酯EC、50%多菌灵WP、250 g/L嘧菌酯SC可应用于田间防治高粱炭疽病。[Aims ] This study aims to screen out high-efficiency fungicides for the control of broom sorghum anthracnose. [Methods] Mycelial growth rate method and conidial germination inhibition method were used to determine the indoor toxicity of 23 fungicides against Colletotrichum sublineola, five fungicides with good inhibition effect were selected for field trials. [Results] Pyraclostrobin 250 g/L EC, azoxystrobin 250 g/L SC and carbendazim 50% WP had better inhibitory effect on C. sublineola, and the EC_(50)for mycelium were 0.0029, 0.0143 and 0.0054 mg/L;EC_(50)for conidia were 0.0039, 0.0586 and 0.1887 mg/L, respectively. The field efficacy of these three chemicals for 10 days after the last spray were 91.00, 66.20 and 60.26%;the yield increases of 4.80, 5.96 and 11.75%, respectively.[Conclusions] Pyraclostrobin 250 g/L EC, carbendazim 50% WP and azoxystrobin 250 g/L SC can be used to control sorghum anthracnose in the field.
