摘 要:[目的]明确氨基寡糖素与吡唑醚菌酯减施联合应用防治小麦白粉病协同增效作用及初步机制。[方法]温室盆栽法和田间药效试验相结合测定防效,比色法测定植物抗性酶活性等相关生理生化指标。[结果]氨基寡糖素与吡唑醚菌酯推荐剂量减施30%混合使用,可使吡唑醚菌酯防治效果提高36.64%~41.57%,恢复或高于推荐剂量防效,并能提高小麦防御酶活性,降低叶片细胞损伤。[结论]氨基寡糖素与吡唑醚菌酯混用防治小麦白粉病,可降低吡唑醚菌酯用量约30%。[Aims] This study aims to clarify synergistic effect and preliminary mechanism of the mixed use of amino-oligosaccharins and pyraclostrobin during the control of wheat powdery mildew. [Methods] The control efficacy was measured using potted plant test and field efficacy trials by means of spraying method. Also, the physiological and biochemical indicators like protective enzymes were measured via colorimetric method. [Results] The control effect of 30% reduction dosages of pyraclostrobin can increase 36.64-41.57% by mixing of amino-oligosaccharins. This effect level was significantly higher or equated than the recommended dosage. The activities of protective enzymes increased after spraying amino-oligosaccharins on wheat. The damage of the mesophyll cells reduced as well.[Conclusions] Therefore, amino-oligosaccharins can reduce dosage of pyraclostrobin at 30% for control of wheat powdery mildew.
