摘 要:[目的]探索噻虫嗪、种菌唑与精甲霜灵3者间的最佳配比,田间验证3者复配后对花生的苗期病虫害防治效果。[方法]依据杀菌剂室内生测以及种衣剂防治花生根腐病田间药效试验准则进行。[结果]种菌唑、精甲霜灵与噻虫嗪的最佳配比为1∶3∶8。3者复配后的24%噻虫嗪·种菌唑·精甲霜灵FSC以100~400 mL与100 kg花生种子拌种,2地试验对花生根腐病、立枯病的综合防效幅度分别为56.51%~78.40%、55.07%~74.25%;对地下害虫的防效幅度分别为58.74%~83.36%、42.49%~76.09%。[结论]24%噻虫嗪·种菌唑·精甲霜灵FSC可用于防治花生苗期根腐病、立枯病及地下害虫,适宜用量为200~400 mL/100kg种子,对花生出苗有促进作用,增产明显。[Aims] This study aims to explore the optimal ratio of thiamethoxam combination with ipconazole,metalaxyl-M and to verify the control effect of the combination on peanut seedling stage in the field. [Methods] The laboratory and field bioassays were carried out according to the laboratory bioactivity test of fungicides and the guidelines of seed coating for controlling peanut root rot in field efficacy. [Results] The optimal ratio of ipconazole,metalaxyl-M and thiamethoxam was 1:3:8. The 24% FSC about triple combination of thiamethoxam, ipconazole and metalaxyl-M, was seeded in 100-400 mL with 100 kg of peanut seeds, the comprehensive effects of two trial place were56.51-78.40 and 55.07-74.25% on peanut root rot and blight, the effects were 58.74-83.36 and 42.49-76.09% on underground pests. [Conclusions] The combination of thiamethoxam·ipconazole·metalaxyl-M 24% FSC can be used to control root rot, blight and underground pests of peanut at seedling stage, the suitable dosage is 200-400 mL/100 kg peanut seeds. It can promote the emergence of peanut seedlings and increase production significantly.
