摘　　要：目的分析胸部手术后发生缺血性脑卒中(ICS)的发病情况。方法回顾我院胸外科4年内发生的8例术后ICS患者相关临床资料,分析该并发症的发生原因。结果8例患者中有5例合并高血压、糖尿病、高血脂等基础疾病;所有病例均存在颈部及颅内血管斑块狭窄或畸形;所有病例脑梗死发作均在术后3 d内,经治疗后死亡3例,存活5例,其中遗留偏瘫等后遗症者3例,预后良好者2例。结论胸部手术后ICS发生风险较高,应予以重视。Objective To analyze the incidence of ischemic cerebral stroke after general thoracic surgery.Methods Wereviewed the clinical data of 8 cases of postoperative ischemic cerebral stroke in the thoracic surgery department of our hospital in recent 4 years,and the causes of the complication were analyzed.Results Five of these 8 patients had a combination of underlying diseases such as hypertension,diabetes mellitus,and hyperlipidemia.Plaque stenosis or malformation of neck and intracranial vessels was present in all cases.All cases developed cerebral infarction within 3 days after surgery.After treatment,3 patients died and 5 survived,3 of whom had sequelae such as hemiparesis and 2 of whom had a favorable outcome.Conclusion Ischemic cerebral stroke after general thoracic surgery has higher risk of occurrence,which should be paid attention to.
