煅紫贝齿和鱼脑石的质量标准

摘　　要：目的制订/修订煅紫贝齿和鱼脑石的质量标准,为矿物类中药的质量标准研究提供借鉴。方法运用滴定法、紫外检测法和水分测定法对多批次的煅紫贝齿和鱼脑石的理化鉴别和水分进行检测。对多批次煅紫贝齿和鱼脑石的碳酸钙含量进行测定。结果用盐酸润湿铂丝,蘸取少许煅紫贝齿粉末,在无色火焰上灼烧,呈现砖红色火焰,且煅紫贝齿不溶于醋酸,溶于盐酸。鱼脑石在365 nm紫外线下检测呈紫色荧光。煅紫贝齿的水分含量均低于0.5%,鱼脑石的水分含量均低于0.8%。煅紫贝齿的碳酸钙含量均高于95%,鱼脑石的碳酸钙含量则高于90%。结论制订/修订的煅紫贝齿和鱼脑石的质量标准科学合理,可为这两种饮片的质量评价提供参考。Objective To establish and revise the quality standard of calcined purple shell tooth and Yellow Croaker Ear-stone,and to provide reference for the quality standard study of mineral traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Titration method,ultraviolet detection method,and water detection method were used for physiochemistry identification and determination of moisture content.The content of calcium carbonate in batches of Calcined Purple Shellfish Tooth and Fish Brain Stone was determined.Results A little Calcined Purple Shell Tooth powder was dipped in the platinum wire wetted with hydrochloric acid.Calcined Purple Shell Tooth attached to the platinum wire was burned over a colorless flame,which showed a brick red flame.Meanwhile,Calcined Purple Shell Tooth was insoluble in acetic acid but soluble in hydrochloric acid.Fish Brain Stone showed purple fluorescence under 365nm detection.The water contents of Calcined Purple Shell Tooth and Fish Brain Stone were less than 0.5%and 0.8%,respectively.The calcium carbonate contents of Calcined Purple Shell Teeth and Fish Brain Stones were above 95%and 90%,respectively.Conclusion The formulated and revised quality standards of Calcined Purple Shell Tooth and Fish Brain Stone are scientific and reasonable,which can provide reference for the quality evaluation of the two decoction pieces.
