摘 要:为精准区分新能源汽车类型,研究新能源汽车车漆红外指纹光谱的黑夜车漆特征检测技术。利用布鲁克Vertex 70v真空型红外显微光谱仪,采集不同类型新能源汽车黑夜红外光谱样本,删除存在噪声以及异常光谱样本,获取最终新能源汽车黑夜样本数量300份,选取多源统计方法对所采集的新能源汽车黑夜红外光谱数据进行空间投影变换,令新能源汽车黑夜红外指纹光谱特征检测更加精准。结果表明:不同时间段,同类型新能源汽车不同部位清漆层以及面漆层特征均具有较高相似度;随着新能源汽车使用年限提升,新能源汽车黑夜车漆特征光谱强度渐渐有所降低,新能源汽车黑夜车漆光谱强度随新能源汽车使用年限增加有所提升。In order to accurately distinguish the types of new energy vehicles,the night paint feature detection technology of infrared fingerprint spectrum of new energy vehicle paint was studied.Using Brooke vertex 70V vacuum infrared micro spectrometer,we collected night infrared spectrum samples of different types of new energy vehicles,and deleted noise and abnormal spectrum samples,obtained then we 300 final night samples of new energy vehicles with the selected multi-source statistical method selected to conducted spatial projection transformation on the collected night infrared spectrum data of new energy vehicles,we could get the infrared fingerprint spectral feature detection of new energy vehicles more accurate at night.The results showed that the characteristics of varnish layer and finish layer in different parts of the same type of new energy vehicles had high similarity in different time periods.With the increase of service life of new energy vehicles,the characteristic spectral intensity of night paint of new energy vehicles gradually decreases,and the spectral intensity of night paint of new energy vehicled increased with the increase of service life of new energy vehicles.
