摘 要:通过对大冶湖防洪设施现状和超标准洪水的风险分析,提出了监测预警、洪水调度、转移路线及安置等应对预案。2020年大冶湖发生超标准洪水,通过对水情分析,按照预案进行水利工程调度,水库拦截、分蓄洪区蓄洪等,最大限度保证了抗洪抢险救灾工作科学、高效、有序进行,保障了人民的生命财产安全及城区经济社会安全与可持续发展。The current situation of the flood control facilities and the risk of over-standard flood in Huangshi Daye Lake are analyzed.Response plans such as the monitoring and early warning,flood regulation,transfer route and resettlement are proposed.In 2020,over-standard flood occurred in Daye Lake.With the analysis of the flood situation,flood control measures were implemented according to the response plans,including the regulation of water conservancy projects,the flood storage of reservoirs,and the operation of flood diversion and storage areas.These measures ensured the scientific,efficient and orderly implementation of the flood control and disaster relief work to the greatest extent,which secures the safety of the people’s lives and property,as well as the economic and social security and sustainable development of the urban area.
