摘  要:深溪沟水电站3号机组在事故闸门起落试验时出现固定卷扬式启闭机钢丝绳缠绕故障,闸门无法正常起落,停留在门槽中部。通过原因分析,利用16个55 mm绳卡等把大坝400 t双向门机与钢丝绳绑定,起升吊头时,钢丝绳下端不受力,从而解除事故闸门钢丝绳的受力并复位,检查更换限位开关,有效解决了故障。后续的操作和维修保养中,应认真检查及时发现并排除运行中产生的污染、松动、泄露、磨损、振动、发热、压力异常等故障,使机电设备运行灵活、控制准确。A twisting fault of wire ropes in fixed winch hoist of the emergency gate in Shenxigou Hydropower Station is analysed.Using the steel wire ropes of the 400 ton two-way gantry crane on the dam,the twisted wire ropes of the emergency gate are relieved and reset,and the fault is effectively solved.In the follow-up operation and maintenance,careful inspection should be carried out to find and eliminate the pollution,looseness,leakage,wear,vibration,heating,abnormal pressure and other faults of the equipment timely,so as to make the electro-mechanical equipment operate flexibly and in accurate control.
