摘　　要：为探讨左心室憩室的超声表现及诊断要点,减少漏诊、误诊的发生,该文通过分析1例成人左心室憩室患者的临床病史、检查资料并复习相关文献,总结该病的影像学诊断及鉴别诊断等特点。该患者行左心室憩室切除修补术,术中及胸腔镜探查显示左心室憩室,病理检查显示心肌组织水肿伴脂褐素沉积。成人左心室憩室属罕见病,容易误诊及漏诊,需提高诊断医师对该疾病的认识。To explore the ultrasonic manifestations and diagnostic points of left ventricular diverticulum,and reduce the occurrence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.By analyzing the clinical history and examination data of an adult patient with left ventricular diverticulum,and reviewing relevant literature,the characteristics of imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease were summarized.The patient subsequently underwent left ventricular diverticulum resection and repair.Intraoperative and thoracoscopic exploration revealed left ventricular diverticulum,and pathological examination revealed myocardial tissue edema with lipofuscin deposition.Adult left ventricular diverticulum is a rare disease,which is easy to be misdiagnosed and missed diagnosis.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the awareness of diagnostic physicians on this disease.
