音乐干预在老年慢性疾病合并抑郁症中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：老年人的抑郁症是一种常见且严重的健康问题,它通常与慢性疾病共存,容易导致老年人的认知功能及机体功能状况恶化。由于慢性疾病的并发症状,老年人的抑郁症状经常被忽视和治疗不充分。抗抑郁药物和心理疗法已显示出对老年性抑郁症的效果,但在老年人中的局限性更加明显。基于音乐的干预是一个系统的干预过程,对抑郁症状有积极的影响,老年人尤其受益于这种非侵入性治疗。已经探索了多种音乐干预方法,从音乐聆听法到休闲歌唱法,再到由受过专门训练的音乐治疗师进行的音乐干预,它们具备无创、高安全性、良好的依从性及成本效益比等特点。本文综述了不同形式的音乐干预方法应用在老年人常见慢性疾病合并抑郁症中的效果,总结了音乐干预在国内医疗保健机构普及应用时面临的问题和挑战。Depression in the elderly is a common and serious health problem,which usually co-exists with chronic diseases,which can easily lead to the deterioration of cognitive function and body function of the elderly.Due to the concomitant symptoms of chronic diseases,the depressive symptoms of the elderly are often ignored and inadequate treatment.Antidepressants and psychotherapy have shown effect on senile depression,but their limitations are more obvious in the elderly.Music-based intervention is a systematic intervention process that has a positive impact on depressive symptoms,and the elderly especially benefit from this non-invasive treatment.At present,a variety of music intervention methods have been explored,from music listening to leisure singing to music intervention by specially trained music therapists.They have the characteristics of non-invasive,high safety,good compliance and cost-effectiveness ratio.This paper summarizes the effect of different forms of music intervention in the treatment of common chronic diseases with depression in the elderly,and summarizes the problems and challenges that music intervention needs to face in the popularization and application of music intervention in domestic health care institutions.
