厄贝沙坦联合健脾益肾汤治疗IgA肾炎的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合健脾益肾汤治疗IgA肾炎的效果。方法选取佛山市南海区第四人民医院肾病风湿科2019年12月至2020年12月收治的50例IgA肾炎患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,每组各25例。研究组给予厄贝沙坦结合健脾益肾汤治疗,参照组给予单纯厄贝沙坦治疗。比较两组患者的血清C-反应蛋白水平、生活质量水平、治疗效果。结果两组治疗前的血清C-反应蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后的血清C-反应蛋白水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的生活质量高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合健脾益肾汤治疗IgA肾炎的效果显著,可以稳定血清C-反应蛋白水平,减少并发症发生情况,提高治疗安全性,保证疾病最终的治疗效果,具有理想的临床价值。Objective To explore the effect of Irbesartan combined with Jianpi Yishen Decoction in the treatment of IgA nephritis.Methods A total of 50 patients with IgA nephritis treated in the Department of Nephrology and Rheumatology of the Fourth People′s Hospital of Nanhai District in Foshan City from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the reference group and the study group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Irbesartan combined with Jianpi Yishen Decoction,the reference group was treated with Irbesartan alone.The levels of serum C-reactive protein,quality of life and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the level of serum C-reactive protein between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The level of serum C-reactive protein in the study group after treatment was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications after treatment in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan combined with Jianpi Yishen Decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of IgA nephritis.It can stabilize the level of serum C-reactive protein,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the safety of treatment,and ensure the final treatment effect of the disease.It has ideal clinical value.
