摘　　要：目的 建立HPLC法同时测定复方疮疡搽剂(金银花、大黄、黄柏等)中盐酸小檗碱、绿原酸、没食子酸、阿魏酸、芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素的含量。方法 该药物的分析采用Agilent TC-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.2%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.8 mL/min;柱温25℃;检测波长315、320、358、440 nm。结果 7种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)≥0.999 0),平均加样回收率96.34%~100.95%,RSD 0.03%~1.55%。结论 该方法简便、准确、稳定,可用于复方疮疡搽剂的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of berberine hydrochloride,chlorogenic acid,gallic acid,ferulic acid,aloe-emodin,rheinic acid and rheum emodin in Compound Pyocutaneous Liniments(Lonicerae japonicae Flos,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Phellodendri chinensis Cortex,etc.METHODS The analysis of this drug was performed on a 25 ℃ thermostatic Agilent TC-C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid flowing at 0.8 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 315,320,358,440 nm.RESULTS Seven constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(R~2≥0.999 0),whose average recoveries were 96.34%~100.95%with the RSDs of 0.03%~1.55%.CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and stable method can be used for the quality control of Compound Pyocutaneous Liniments.
