鼻内镜下三线减张法鼻中隔成形术治疗鼻中隔偏曲的临床分析

摘　　要：目的 分析鼻内镜下三线减张法鼻中隔成形术治疗鼻中隔偏曲的临床效果。方法 30例鼻中隔偏曲患者,依据抽签法分为观察组与对照组,各15例。对照组患者采用鼻中隔偏曲矫正术治疗,观察组患者采用鼻内镜下三线减张法鼻中隔成形术治疗。对比两组治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的46.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床治疗鼻中隔偏曲时,鼻内镜下三线减张法鼻中隔成形术具有较高的治疗效率,在进行手术的过程中具有较为广阔的术野,以及较高的精度,对患者的损伤较小,是一种较为安全的手术方法,值得临床推荐。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of three-line tension relaxing septoplasty under nasal endoscopy for the treatment of nasal septum deviation.Methods A total of 30 patients with deviated nasal septum were divided into observation group and control group according to lottery method,with 15 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with correction of deviation of nasal septum,and patients in the observation group were treated with three-line tension relaxing septoplasty under nasal endoscopy.The therapeutic effects and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 60.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than 46.67% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of deviation of nasal septum,the three-line tension relaxing septoplasty under nasal endoscopy has a high therapeutic efficiency,and has a relatively broad surgical field and high precision during the surgery,which will cause less damage to the patient.It is a safer surgical method and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
