摘 要:目的 了解新生儿医院感染现状,为制定医院感染预防和控制策略提供参考。方法 利用医院感染信息系统平台,对医院2019年7月1日~2020年6月30日所有住院新生儿进行监测,并对监测结果进行分析。结果 共监测住院新生儿2825例,发生医院感染14例,感染发病率为0.50%,感染例次16例,感染例次发病率为0.57%。医院感染部位中,口腔感染占首位,其次为眼结膜炎。新生儿日感染发病率为0.83‰,其中极低出生体重儿(1001~1500 g)感染发病率最高,为6.44‰;体重越低的新生儿,医院感染风险越高。不同体重新生儿呼吸机相关肺部感染率和中心静脉插管相关血液感染率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。新生儿抗菌药物使用率为53.73%;新生儿多重耐药菌感染率为0.25%。结论 低体重新生儿是医院感染控制重点,开展新生儿目标性监测,有助于预防和控制新生儿医院感染的发生。Objective To understand the status of neonatal nosocomial infection and provide reference for formulating hospital infection prevention and control strategies.Methods Using the hospital infection information system platform,all hospitalized newborns in the hospital from July 1,2019 to June 30,2020 were monitored,and the monitoring results were analyzed.Results A total of 2825 hospitalized neonates were monitored,14 cases of nosocomial infection occurred,with an incidence rate of 0.50%,and 16 cases/times were infected,with an incidence rate of 0.57%.Among the nosocomial infection sites,oral infection was the first,followed by ocular conjunctivitis.The daily infection rate of newborns was 0.83 ‰,among which very low birth weight infants(1001-1500 g) had the highest infection incidence rate at 6.44‰;neonates with lower body weight had higher risk of hospital infection.There were statistically significant differences in the rates of ventilatorrelated pulmonary infection and central venous catheter-related blood infection in neonates with different weights(P<0.01).Neonatal antimicrobial utilization rate was 53.73%;the infection rate of neonatal multi-resistant bacteria was 0.25%.Conclusion Low-birth weight neonates is the focus of hospital infection control.Targeted neonatal surveillance is conducive to the prevention and control of the occurrence of neonatal nosocomial infection.
