摘 要:以番茄品种铁将军为试材,研究大棚、露地栽培条件下番茄果实各主要阶段生长、发育特性与进程差异。试验结果表明,2种栽培条件下,露地栽培提早3 d进入采摘期,且随着发育的推进,可溶性固形物、可溶性蛋白、可滴定酸含量呈波动变化,不同发育期有所差异。露地栽培可溶性固形物含量在粉红期达到最大值4.93%,大棚栽培在亮红期才达到最大值4.28%;果实VC含量均在红熟期达到最大值,露地栽培19.28 mg/kg,大棚栽培15.75 mg/kg;可溶性糖含量大棚栽培在亮红期达到最大值15.30%后,红熟期含量不再增加,而露地栽培在亮红期达到15.12%后继续增至红熟期的15.48%;大棚栽培除了以上3个指标还有果柄含水量、硬度低于露地栽培,其他生理指标均为大棚栽培高于露地栽培。In this study, the tomato cultivar Tiejiangjun was used as the material to study the differences in the growth,development characteristics and process of tomato fruits in different main stages under the conditions of greenhouse and open field cultivation. The results showed that the harvest period of open field cultivation was 3 days earlier than that of greenhouse cultivation. With the advancement of development, the contents of soluble solids, soluble protein and titratable acid fluctuated, and varied in different developmental stages under the two cultivation conditions. The content of soluble solids in open field cultivation reached the maximum value of 4.93% in pink period, while the content of soluble solids in greenhouse cultivation reached the maximum value of 4.28% in bright red period. The VC contents reached the maximum value in red ripening period, which were 19.28 mg/kg in open field cultivation and 15.75 mg/kg in greenhouse cultivation.The soluble sugar content of the fruit in greenhouse cultivation reached the maximum value of 15.30% in bright red period. While the soluble sugar content in open field cultivation reached 15.12% in bright red period, and then increased to 15.48% in red ripening period. Except for the above three indexes, the water content of fruit stalk and fruit firmness in greenhouse cultivation were also lower than those in open field cultivation, but other physiological indexes were higher than those under open field cultivation.
