摘  要:为探索中微量元素肥对松花菜生长的影响,设置3个处理研究化肥减施条件下添加中微量元素肥松花菜生理指标的变化。试验结果表明,和常规施肥处理相比,T_(3)处理(30%化肥减施+中微量元素肥)松花菜的株幅、茎粗、SPAD值、产量都没有明显降低,但是可溶性糖、VC含量显著提高,硝酸盐含量显著降低,品质大大提升。In order to explore the effects of medium and trace element fertilizers on the growth of loose-curd cauliflower,three treatments were set up to study the changes of physiological indexes of loose-curd cauliflower by adding medium and trace element fertilizers under the condition of chemical fertilizer reduction. The results showed that compared with the conventional fertilization treatment, the plant width, stem diameter, SPAD value, and yield of loose-curd cauliflower of T3 treatment(30% chemical fertilizer reduction + medium and trace element fertilizers) were not significantly decreased,but the contents of soluble sugar and VC were significantly increased, and the quality was greatly improved.
