摘 要:为提高恒定螺距螺旋盘管蓄热装置蓄热效率,提出一种以石蜡为相变材料(PCM)的圆柱形渐变螺距盘管式相变蓄热装置。螺旋盘管蓄热装置具有管程长、蓄热过程中温度分布不均导致相变时间增加的问题。为此,提出渐变螺距优化算法,通过高斯拟合和FLUENT软件模拟选择出一组最优渐变螺距。对渐变式和恒定式螺距蓄热装置在不同入口温度和流速下的蓄热过程进行模拟,且通过FLUENT仿真和实验研究两种装置的蓄热特性。结果表明:相比于恒定螺距相变蓄热装置,渐变式螺距相变蓄热装置能够更好地耦合PCM蓄热特性,在一定程度上能够缩短蓄热时间。In order to improve the heat storage efficiency of the constant pitch spiral coil heat storage device,a cylindrical gradual pitch coil type phase change heat storage device with paraffin wax as the phase change material was proposed.The spiral coil heat storage device has a long tube length and the uneven temperature distribution during the heat storage process,causing the phase change time to increase.Therefore,an optimization algorithm for gradual pitch was proposed,and a set of optimal gradual pitch was selected through Gaussian fitting and FLUENT software simulation.The heat storage processes of gradient and constant pitch heat storage devices at different inlet temperatures and flow rates were simulated,and the heat storage characteristics of the two devices were studied through FLUENT simulation and experiment.The results show that compared with the constant pitch phase change heat storage device,the gradual pitch phase change heat storage device can better couple the heat storage characteristics of PCM,which can shorten the heat storage time to a certain extent.
