摘　　要：以经济欠发达南方山区县(桑植县)农村生活污水治理规划为例,结合实际情况提出了农村生活污水治理模式以及建设和运维投资估算,提出了规划实施过程中应重点关注的问题,以期为南方山区县域编制及实施农村生活污水治理规划提供指导与借鉴。Taking the rural domestic sewage treatment planning of underdeveloped southern mountainous counties(Sangzhi County) as an example, combined with the actual situation, this paper puts forward the rural domestic sewage treatment mode and construction and operation and maintenance investment estimation, and puts forward the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of planning and implementation, in order to provide guidance and reference for the preparation and implementation of rural domestic sewage treatment planning in southern mountainous counties.
