摘　　要：大型水电工程建设征地移民人口界定工作,涉及面广、政策性强,是关系到移民搬迁安置工作顺利开展的重要环节,更是涉及移民切身利益的焦点问题。以乌东德水电站云南省建设征地移民人口界定工作为例,介绍了移民人口界定工作的依据、范围和工作程序,提出了界定工作中存在的问题,并探索了界定工作的思路和方法。Definition of immigrant population for land acquisition in large-scale hydropower projects involves a wide range of areas and strong policies,which is an important link for the smooth development of resettlement and relocation work,and also a focal issue involving the vital interests of immigrants.Taking the definition of resettlement population for land acquisition in Yunnan Province of Wudongde Hydropower Station as an example,this paper introduces the basis,scope and working procedure of the definition of resettlement population,puts forward the existing problems in the definition,and explores the ideas and methods for the definition.
