故县水库管理范围土地确权划界

摘　　要：故县水库建成以来,由于各种原因,部分水利工程范围内的土地使用权并未真正到位。介绍故县水库水利工程确权划界的基本情况及存在问题,阐述故县水库确权划界项目的实施过程,总结了该项目取得的经验。此次确权划界项目的实施,明确了故县水库的工程管理和保护范围,为故县局依法行政、依法管理奠定了基础,有利于工程的安全运行和规范化管理。Since the Guxian Reservoir was built,for various reasons,the right to use land within the scope of some water conservancy projects has not been really defined.This paper describes the basic situation and existing problems of the delimitation of right for Guxian Reservoir Water Conservancy Project,describes the implementation process of the project and summarizes the experience gained by the project.The implementation of the delimitation project confirms the scope of engineering management and protection of Guxian Reservoir.It provides the basis for Guxian Bureau to administer and manage according to law,and is conducive to safe operation and standardized management of the project.
