摘  要:Souapiti水电站为几内亚共和国最大的水电站,通过多方案技术经济比选最终选定了一期先围左岸挡水坝段、引水坝段、导流底孔坝段、泄洪底孔坝段利用拓挖明渠导流,二期施工溢流坝段及右岸挡水坝段利用导流底孔泄流的导流方案,方案实施过程中结合现场情况进行了局部调整,实践证明导流工程运行良好,圆满实现了工程提前蓄水的目标,最后总结了分期导流设计的经验。Souapiti Hydropower Station is Guinea's largest hydropower station.A scheme was finally selected through technical and economic comparison of several schemes.In Phase I,the left bank retaining dam section,diversion dam section,diversion bottom hole dam section and flood discharge bottom hole dam section are first enclosed for diversion by open channel excavation.The diversion bottom hole is used to discharge the overflow dam section and the right bank retaining dam section during the second stage construction.During the implementation of the scheme,local adjustments were made in combination with the site conditions.The practice proves that the diversion works work well and satisfactorily achieve the goal of early water storage.Finally,the experience of stage diversion design is summarized.
