摘 要:水电机组状态检修是目前国内各大发电企业发电设备检修的主流趋势,在机组检修工作中水工专业的检修主要包括机组进水口流道、引水钢管及尾水管检修等内容,如何在状态检修模式下做好水工专业部分的检修,是时下必须思考的一个问题。以龙开口电站工程实际为例,对现有机组段的安全监测仪器布置及历史监测资料进行了分析,根据分析情况对水工专业状态检修进行评估,提出了提升机组状态检修模式下水工专业检修管理水平的相关对策。Condition based maintenance of hydropower units is the mainstream trend of maintenance of power generation equipment in major domestic power generation enterprises.The maintenance of hydraulic engineering specialty in unit maintenance mainly includes the maintenance of intake channel,diversion pipe and draft tube of unit.How to do a good job of maintenance of hydraulic professional part under condition maintenance mode is a problem that must be considered at present.Taking Longkaikou Hydropower Station as an example,this paper analyses the layout of safety monitoring instruments and historical monitoring data of existing unit sections.According to the analysis,the condition based maintenance of hydraulic engineering specialty is evaluated,and the relevant countermeasures to improve the level of maintenance management of hydraulic engineering specialty under the condition based maintenance mode of units are put forward.
