摘 要:五强溪水电站是沅水流域水电梯级开发的骨干电厂,但由于其坝址来水年内分配不均匀,水资源利用率低、低水头下电站出力容易受阻等问题,水电站的效益未得到充分发挥。就五强溪水电站目前运行存在的问题,分析了实施汛期运行水位动态控制的有利条件,结合现有汛期运行方式,提出了五强溪水电站运行水位动态控制运用原则和方式,并基于典型调度情景实施汛期运行水位动态控制实践。Wuqiangxi Hydropower Station is the backbone power plant of cascade hydropower development in Yuanshui River Basin.However,due to uneven distribution of incoming water in the dam site during the year,low utilization rate of water resources and easily hindered output of hydropower station under low head,the benefits of hydropower station have not been fully brought into play.In view of the problems existing in current operation of Wuqiangxi Hydropower Station,this paper analyses the favorable conditions for implementing dynamic control of operating water level in flood season.Combining with the existing operation mode in flood season,the application principle and mode of dynamic control of operating water level of Wuqiangxi Hydropower Station are put forward,and the practice of dynamic control of operating water level in flood season is implemented based on typical operation scenarios.
