摘  要:钢绳耙斗式清污机是水电厂主要清污设备,在清污作业中经常出现故障,钢绳在运行中极易出现断股、断裂现象,尤其在汛期清污机使用较为频繁,设备故障率频发;为解决清污机长期存在的缺陷,保证清污机的运行可靠性,因此在原设备基础上,改进设备构造,增强清污机承重部件耐磨程度,减少承重设备更换次数,降低维护成本,提升设备运行可靠性,避免机组因拦污栅堵塞无法及时疏通而造成的负荷受限,减少了水头损失,提高发电效率,保证水轮发电机组的正常运行。Steel rope rake bucket cleaner is the main cleaning equipment in hydropower plant,which often fails in cleaning operation.Steel rope is prone to strand breakage and breakage during operation.Especially in flood season,the cleaning machine is frequently used and the equipment failure rate is frequent.In order to solve the long-standing defects of the cleaning machine and ensure its operational reliability,the equipment construction is improved on the basis of the original equipment.By enhancing the wear resistance of load-bearing parts of the cleaning machine,the replacement times of load-bearing equipment are reduced,the maintenance cost is reduced and the operation reliability of equipment is improved.It avoids load limitation caused by blockage of trash rack,reduces head loss,improves power generation efficiency and guarantees normal operation of hydraulic generator unit.
