摘　　要：背景:股骨颈前倾角在人工全髋关节置换及先天性髋关节脱位等临床实践中多有应用,精确地评估股骨颈前倾角对于病情评估、选择治疗方案以及预后评估等方面起着至关重要的作用。股骨颈前倾角的评估方法有很多种,包括临床查体、实体测量、放射成像、CT、磁共振成像、超声、3D打印模型测量(模型法)、术中克氏针测量、C型臂、自制仪器测量以及计算机辅助设计和医学图像处理技术等。目的:通过阐述以上测量方法及不同方法之间的差异,试图寻求一种统一的方法和标准对股骨颈前倾角进行评估。方法:以“股骨颈前倾角,测量,评估,方法”为检索词检索中国知网、万方数据库,以“femoral neck anteversion”为检索词检索Pub Med数据库,检索关于股骨颈前倾角测量评估方法的文献。排除与研究目的无关和重复文献,纳入符合标准的43篇文章进行综述。结果与结论:目前股骨颈前倾角的测量方法主要集中在影像学检查领域,影像学检查方法中又以CT检查方法研究较多。CT相对于其他测量方法具有多种优势。同时,3D打印技术及人工智能技术均需要CT图像数据的支持。对未来股骨颈前倾角测量评估方法的统一,CT将占有重要的地位。BACKGROUND:Femoral neck anteversion is widely used in clinical practice such as total hip replacement and congenital dislocation of hip.Accurate assessment of femoral neck anteversion plays an important role in disease assessment,treatment selection and prognosis evaluation.Femoral anteve rsion can be assessed in a variety of ways,including the use of clinical physical measurements,physical measurements,ra diography,CT,magnetic resonance imaging,ultrasound,3D printing model measurement(model method),intraoperative Kirschner wire measurement,C Arm,self-made instrument measurement and computer-aided design and medical image processing technology.OBJECTIVE:To seek a unified method and standard to evaluate the femoral neck anteversion by elaborating on the above measurement methods and the diffe rences between different methods.METHODS:The CNKI and Wanfang databases were retrieved with the key words of"femoral neck anteversion,measurement,evaluation,method",and the PubMed database was retrieved with the key words of"femoral neck anteversion".The literature was searched for methods to assess femoral neck anteve rsion.After excluding irrelevant and duplicate articles,43 articles that met the crite ria were included for review.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:At present,the measurement methods of femoral neck anteve rsion are mainly concentrated in the field of imaging examination,and CT examination method is mostly studied in imaging examination methods.CT has several advantages over other measurement methods.At the same tim e,both 3D printing technology and artificial intelligence technology need the support of CT image data.CT will play an important role in a unified method for the assessment of femoral neck anteversion in the future.
