城市高污染燃料禁燃区划定研究——以曲靖市中心城区为例

摘　　要：高污染燃料禁燃区划定直接影响城市生产、生活用能,但有利于改善区域环境空气质量,对于推进城市经济社会高质量发展具有现实意义。以曲靖市中心城区为例,分析能源消费结构,确定高污染燃料禁燃区方案,采用WRF气象模型和CALPUFF空气质量模型,模拟分析禁燃区划定对空气质量改善潜力,为区域禁燃区划定或扩大提供技术参考。The delimitation of high pollution fuel no combustion zone directly affects the energy consumption of urban production and life, but it is conducive to improving the regional ambient air quality, which is of practical significance for promoting the high-quality development of urban economy and society. Taking the central urban area of Qujing as an example,this paper analyzes the energy consumption structure and determines the scheme of high pollution fuel no combustion zone.WRF meteorological model and CALPUFF air quality model are used to simulate and analyze the potential of no combustion zone delimitation for air quality improvement, so as to provide technical reference for the delimitation or expansion of regional no combustion zone.
