摘 要:黑液煤浆在燃烧过程中挥发分最容易析出,着火点最低,将黑液煤浆和普通水煤浆燃烧过程进行比较,发现黑液煤浆出现明显的烧结现象。同时,黑液煤浆燃烧过程中,烟气中的氮氧化物排放浓度尤其是二氧化氮的排放量不足普通水煤浆的1/9;而二氧化硫的排放量以及烟尘排放浓度都远低于普通水煤浆以及制浆原煤。黑液煤浆具备更加明显的经济效益以及环保价值,工业化使用前景广阔。In the combustion process, the volatile matter of black liquid coal slurry is the easiest to precipitate and the ignition point is the lowest. Compared with the combustion process of black liquid coal slurry and ordinary coal water slurry, it is found that the black liquid coal slurry has obvious sintering phenomenon. At the same time, during the combustion of black liquor coal slurry,the emission concentration of nitrogen oxides in flue gas, especially nitrogen dioxide, is less than 1/9 of that of ordinary coal water slurry;The emission of sulfur dioxide and the emission concentration of smoke and dust are far lower than that of ordinary coal water slurry and pulping raw coal. Black liquor coal slurry has more obvious economic benefits and environmental protection value, and has broad prospects for industrial use.
