摘 要:锅炉炉水质量的控制水平直接影响了锅炉热力系统的运行周期和能效。本文介绍了某炼化企业制氢装置中压汽包对炉水取样分析监测提质节能系统的应用,对炉水连续采样分析并通过综合算法控制连排测控节能系统及自动加药系统,使锅炉炉水排污系统均衡合理排污并自动变频加药,达到了改善水质的主要目标,并通过减少排污量、减少磷酸三钠加药量起到了节能和环保的作用。The control level of boiler water quality directly affects the operation cycle and energy efficiency of boiler thermal system. This paper introduces the application of the medium pressure steam drum of the hydrogen production unit of a refining and chemical enterprise to the boiler water sampling, analysis, monitoring and quality improvement energy-saving system, continuous sampling and analysis of the boiler water, and the control of the continuous discharge measurement and control energy-saving system and the automatic dosing system through the comprehensive algorithm, so that the boiler water blowdown system can discharge the sewage in a balanced and reasonable manner and automatically add chemicals with frequency conversion, so as to achieve the main goal of improving the water quality, and reduce the amount of sewage Reducing the dosage of trisodium phosphate plays a role in energy conservation and environmental protection.
