摘 要:针对铝硅镀层热冲压钢在冲压过程中发生机械故障时,炉内的料片迅速取出是否可回炉奥氏体化再利用的问题,利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、Zwick-Z100拉伸试验机等分析手段研究了回炉奥氏体化次数对22MnB5铝硅镀层钢板组织性能的影响。结果表明:经过一次回炉奥氏体化淬火后,实验钢的奥氏体晶粒和马氏体组织仍较细,抗拉强度降幅较小。之后,随着回炉奥氏体化次数的增加,奥氏体晶粒长大明显,马氏体组织开始粗化,板条束变宽,抗拉强度下降明显。In view of the question of whether the sheet quickly taken out of the furnace can be austenitized and reused when mechanical failure occurs in the stamping process of aluminum-silicon coated hot stamping steel.The effect of remelting austenitizing times on microstructure and properties of 22MnB5 Al-Si coated steel plate was studied by optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and ZWICK-Z100 tensile testing machine.The results show that the austenite grain and martensite structure of the experimental steel are still fine and the decrease of tensile strength is small after a remelting austenitizing quenching.After that,with the increase of annealing austenitizing times,the austenite grains grow up obviously,the martensite structure begins to get coarser,the martensitic strip bundle becomes wider,and the tensile strength decreases obviously.
