摘　　要：王建华教授认为,瘿病的病因与七情内伤关系密切,肝气失和是基本病机,且贯穿始终,故治疗当从肝论治。王教授认为,养阴疏肝以治气瘿,方用逍遥散、一贯煎加减等;疏肝为本以治瘿痈,方用小柴胡汤、柴胡疏肝散等;疏肝行气、祛痰化瘀以治石瘿,同时注重扶助正气;疏肝散结以治肉瘿,方用小柴胡汤、柴胡疏肝散等;疏肝理脾、温化痰瘀以治慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎。此外,王教授强调平时应重视心理疏导,保持患者心情舒畅。Professor Wang Jian-hua believes that the etiology of goiter is closely related to the internal injury of seven emotions.Liver qi disharmony is the basic pathogenesis and runs through the whole process,so the treatment should be based on the liver.According to him,nourishing yin and soothing liver can cure qi goiter,so Free Wanderer Powder and Effective Integration Decoction can be used.The treatment of thyroiditis should be based on "soothing the liver",so Minor Bupleurum Decoction and Bupleurum Liver-Soothing Powder can be used.The treatment of stony goiter should soothe the liver and move qi,dispel phlegm and remove blood stasis,and pay attention to strengthening healthy qi at the same time.The treatment of fleshy goiter should focus on soothing the liver and dissipating stagnation,so Minor Bupleurum Decoction and Bupleurum Liver-Soothing Powder can be used.Soothing the liver and regulating the spleen,warming phlegm and removing blood stasis can treat chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis.In addition,Professor Wang stresses it is necessary to pay attention to psychological counseling and keep patients in a good mood.
