摘　　要：冯明清教授认为,糖尿病病机为脾胃气虚,不及游溢,原因或为饮食过多,致脾胃运化功能失职,出现功能紊乱,此为脾胃的相对虚状态。或为脾胃虚弱,功能不足,气血生化无源,不能荣养五脏六腑,此为脾胃的绝对虚状态。糖尿病发病是脾从相对虚到绝对虚的过程,应治以大补元气、健脾益肺、生津止渴,自拟复脾汤治疗,以人参、黄芪为君药,鸡内金、炒麦芽、炒神曲为臣药,山药、茯苓、麦门冬、葛根、天花粉为佐药,五味子为使药,健脾益气,荣养机体,促脾胃功能恢复。Professor Feng Ming-qing believes that the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus(DM) is spleen-stomach qi deficiency.The reason may be that too much diet leads to dereliction of duty and functional disorder of the spleen and stomach,which is the relative deficiency of the spleen and stomach.Or because the spleen and stomach are weak,their functions are insufficient,their qi and blood have no generating resource,and they cannot nourish the five zang and six fu organs.This is the absolute deficiency state of the spleen and stomach.The onset of DM is the process from relative deficiency to absolute deficiency of the spleen.The treatment should focus on tonifying the original qi,invigorating the spleen and lungs,generating fluid and stopping thirst.Professor Feng has made Spleen-Restoring Decoction by himself,taking Renshen(Radix Ginseng) and Huangqi(Radix Scutellariae) as sovereign ingredients,Jineijin(Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli),stir-baked Maiya(Fructus Hordei Germinatus) and stir-baked Shenqu(Massa Fermentata Medicinalis) as minister ingredients,Shanyao(Rhizoma Dioscoreae),Fuling(Poria),Maimendong(Radix Ophiopogonis),Gegen(Radix Puerariae Lobatae),and Tianhuafen(Radix Trichosanthis) as adjuvant ingredients,and Wuweizi(Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis) as courier ingredient.
