特制芒硝包防治腹股沟疝术后阴囊水肿临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察特制芒硝包防治腹股沟疝术后阴囊水肿的临床疗效。方法:将210例腹股沟疝住院患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各105例。两组患者均给予腹股沟疝修补术,对照组术后常规应用沙袋,局部压迫6 h,观察组术后立即应用特制芒硝包持续外敷手术侧腹股沟区及阴囊区。观察两组患者阴囊水肿的发生情况、切口疼痛及舒适程度,比较阴囊水肿患者阴囊胀痛症状改善时间、阴囊水肿恢复时间、阴囊直径及临床疗效。结果:观察组阴囊水肿发生率及视觉模拟疼痛(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05),观察组舒适度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后阴囊直径小于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组阴囊胀痛症状改善时间、阴囊水肿消退时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为71.43%,观察组有效率为100%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:特制芒硝包运用于腹股沟疝术后,可降低阴囊水肿的发生率,促进水肿吸收,减轻患者疼痛。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of special mirabilite bag on prevention and treatment of scrotal edema after inguinal hernia repair surgery.Methods:A total of 210 patients with inguinal hernia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 105 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated with inguinal hernia repair surgery.Then the ones in the control group were treated with sandbags for local compression for 6 hours.The ones in the observation group were treated with special mirabilite bag immediately after surgery.The occurrence of scrotal edema,incision pain and comfort of the two groups were observed.The improvement time of scrotal swelling and pain symptoms,the recovery time of scrotal edema,scrotal diameter and clinical effect were compared.Results:After treatment,the incidence of scrotal edema and VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the comfort score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scrotal diameter of the two groups after treatment was smaller than that of the same group before treatment,and the scrotal diameter of the observation group after treatment was smaller than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of scrotal swelling and pain and the regression time of scrotal edema in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 71.43% in the control group and 100% in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Special mirabilite bag used after inguinal hernia repair surgery can reduce the incidence of scrotal edema,promote the absorption of edema and reduce the pain of patients.
