中医药综合康复疗法辨治缺血性中风后偏瘫痉挛状态研究进展

摘　　要：中医药综合康复疗法辨治缺血性中风后偏瘫痉挛状态常用方法包括:针灸结合康复训练、针刺结合康复训练、针药结合康复训练、电针疗法、火针疗法、经筋刺法结合其他疗法、温针疗法等。目前,尚未制定统一有效的康复训练标准,患者后遗症的致残率仍较高。今后,应加强中医药综合康复疗法在临床中的应用,提高对缺血性中风后偏瘫痉挛状态的诊断和治疗。同时,应制定规范的治疗方案,在减少死亡率的基础上降低致残率、缓解痉挛,提高患者的生存质量。TCM comprehensive rehabilitation therapy is commonly used to treat hemiplegic spasticity after ischemic stroke,including acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training,acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training,acupuncture and medicine combined with rehabilitation training,electroacupuncture,fire needle therapy,tendon-meridian needling combined with other therapies,warming needle therapy,etc.At present,there is no unified and effective rehabilitation training standard,and the disability rate of patients with sequelae is still high.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the clinical application of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of TCM to improve the diagnosis and treatment of hemiplegic spasticity after ischemic stroke.At the same time,it is needed to formulate a standardized treatment plan to reduce the disability rate,relieve spasticity and improve the quality of life of patients on the basis of reducing mortality.
