中医药治疗2型糖尿病合并抑郁症研究进展

摘　　要：中医药治疗2型糖尿病合并抑郁症的主要方法有中医内治法、中医外治法、中医五音疗法、中医情志疗法、中医综合疗法等。其中,中医内治法采用辨证分型论治,临床常见证型包括肝郁气滞证、肝郁脾虚证、心脾两虚证、心肾不交证、气滞血瘀痰凝证、气阴两伤证等;中医外治法主要包括针灸、艾灸、推拿、耳穴及中医功法等治疗方法。目前,关于2型糖尿病合并抑郁症的诊断尚缺乏统一的标准,容易出现漏诊、误诊的情况,造成医务人员对本病重视程度略低,无法及时缓解患者身体及心理上的不适,导致病情加重。今后,应提高临床对2型糖尿病合并抑郁症的关注度,重视对其早期诊断与治疗,并对2型糖尿病合并抑郁症的临床诊断、治疗、疗效评估进行标准化定义。The main methods of treating type II diabetes combined with depression in TCM include internal therapies of TCM,external therapies of TCM,five notes therapy of TCM,emotional therapy of TCM,comprehensive therapy of TCM,etc.Among them,internal therapies of TCM are based on syndrome differentiation.The common clinical syndrome types include liver qi stagnation syndrome,liver qi stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,heart-spleen deficiency syndrome,heart-kidney disharmony syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm coagulation syndrome,qi-yin injury syndrome,etc.External therapies of TCM mainly include acupuncture,moxibustion,massage,ear points and TCM exercises.At present,there is still no unified standard for the diagnosis of type II diabetes combined with depression,which is prone to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,resulting in the medical staff paying less attention to the disease,unable to timely alleviate the physical and psychological discomfort of patients,leading to the aggravation of the disease.In the future,it is necessary to pay more attention to the early diagnosis and treatment of type II diabetes combined with depression,and to standardize the clinical diagnosis,treatment and efficacy evaluation of type II diabetes combined with depression.
