中西医治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿研究进展

摘　　要：卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿是临床常见的子宫内膜异位症之一。西医主要采用药物治疗、手术治疗、介入治疗等方法;中医治疗方法包括中医内治法与中医外治法。中医内治法为辨证治疗与周期治疗;中医外治法包括中药灌肠法、中药外敷塌渍法、针灸疗法等。目前,研究存在以下问题:西医疗法不良反应较大,复发率较高,中医疗法虽在一定程度上能改善患者的临床症状,但易复发,致使疾病缠绵难愈。今后,应注重新药研究,探索将中西医优势相结合的综合疗法,采用多种方法、多种途径用药,以期更好地为患者提供个体化治疗方案。Ovarian endometriosis cyst(OEC) is one of the most common endometriosis in clinical practice.Western medicine treatments mainly adopt drug treatment,surgical treatment,interventional therapy and other methods;TCM treatments include internal and external treatments.The internal treatments of TCM adopt syndrome differentiation and periodic treatment,while the external treatments of TCM include enema with Chinese medicinals,external application with Chinese medicinals,and acupuncture and moxibustion,etc.At present,the related research has the following problems:The adverse reactions and recurrence rate of Western medicine are high.Although TCM can improve the clinical symptoms of patients to a certain extent,it is easy to relapse,resulting in lingering disease.In the future,it is necessary to pay attention to the research of new drugs,explore the comprehensive therapy combining the advantages of TCM and Western medicine,and use multiple methods and ways to better provide individualized treatment schemes for patients.
