摘  要:目的:为了有效对床单位臭氧消毒机运行质量进行有效的检测,研制了一种对床单位臭氧消毒机各方面性能进行检测的仪器。方法:根据《臭氧消毒器卫生要求》及床单位臭氧消毒机的流量、抽气、浓度及其检测需求,选用流量计、臭氧浓度检测模块、臭氧分解仪等材料设计并制造出检测仪器,并仪器进行临床应用。结果:通过临床应用试验及具备检测资质的第三方公司校准检测,证明检测仪器的功能准确性及稳定性达到设计要求,能有效地检测床单位臭氧消毒机的性能。其中通过30例临床试验,检测每台时间平均差值为104.667s,大部分在140s内完成一台设备的性能检测。结论:本设计具有实用性强、操作简便、准确度高、低功耗、低成本等特点,为检测床单位消毒机的运行质量提供了有效工具,使设备管理部门能更好地对床单位臭氧消毒机进行质控管理,从而保证设备的运行质量,保证消毒质量,防止院感交叉感染。According to the hygienic requirements for ozone sterilizer and the flow,extraction,concentration and detection requirements of ozone sterilizer in bed unit,the detection instrument was designed and manufactured by selecting materials such as flowmeter,ozone concentration detection module and ozone decomposition instrument,and the instrument was used for clinical application.Through the clinical application test and the calibration test of a third-party company with testing qualification,it was proved that the functional accuracy and stability of the testing instrument met the design requirements,and could effectively test the performance of the ozone disinfector in the bed unit.Through 30 clinical trials,the average time difference of each test was 104.667s,and most of them complete the performance test of one equipment within 140s.This design has the characteristics of strong practicability,simple operation,high accuracy,low power consumption and low cost.
