摘 要:某含泥铜钼矿Cu品位为0.47%、Mo品位为0.004 9%,脉石矿物以石英、斜长石、钾长石等为主,脉石矿物除石英外,其余矿物均遭受风化蚀变,产生了较多粘土矿物或泥质矿物,增加该矿石的选别难度。为解决矿石高含泥、选别难度大的问题,在矿石性质研究的基础上,先后采用了四种工艺技术手段,最终采用:“原矿粗磨—粗精矿再磨精选的铜钼混合浮选”工艺,通过药剂制度优化,应用新型捕收剂KMC-1,获得了含铜24.02%、钼0.26%,铜回收率88.78%、钼回收率87.07%的铜钼混合精矿,有价元素得到了较好回收。In one argilliferous copper-molybdenum ore,Cu grade is 0.47%,Mo grade is 0.0049%,gangue mineral is mainly hosted by quartz,plagioclase,potash feldspar and so on,the gangue mineral is easy to subject to weathering and alteration,except quartz,therefore there are a lot of clay mineral or argillary mineral,thus mineral processing difficulty of the mineral is increased.In order to solve the problems that high argilliferous-bearing content of ore and the difficulty of mineral processing,on the basis of ore property study,four kinds of process technologies were successively adopted,and one process was finally confirmed that"rough grinding of raw ore-rough concentrate regrinding and cleaning for copper-molybdenum mix flotation",and then the agent regime was optimized,new type of collecting agent KMC-1 was applied,therefore,the copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate can be obtained with copper content is 24.02%,molybdenum content is 0.26%,the recovery rate of copper is 88.78%,the recovery rate of molybdenum is 87.07%,the valuable elements can be recovered better.
