摘  要:某高硫铅锌矿含Pb 6.57%、Zn 19.42%、S 27.15%、As 0.23%,砷主要以灰硫砷铅矿形式存在,灰硫砷铅矿性质与方铅矿相似,选矿过程中易进入铅精矿而造成As含量超标。为达到降砷提质的目标,开展了“高砷铅优先浮选”、“砷铅混浮-砷铅分离”的降砷方案对比试验研究,从试验指标、药剂成本、对现场现有工艺的影响及可操作性等方面进行详细对比分析,推荐“高砷铅优先浮选”工艺流程为最终降砷工艺流程。“高砷铅优先浮选”新工艺在选厂现有工艺流程的基础上,增加一粗一扫一精的砷优先浮选新工艺,对于-0.075 mm占69.04%的细度下的原矿,闭路试验可获得含Pb 67.18%、含As 0.37%、Pb回收率81.89%的低砷铅精矿,含Pb69.17%、含As 2.26%、Pb回收率4.54%的高砷铅精矿。试验指标良好,降砷效果明显,实现了高硫铅锌矿降砷提质的目标。In one high sulfur-lead-zinc ore,the Pb content is 6.57%,Zn content is 19.42%,S content is 27.15%,As content is 0.23%,arsenic mainly exists in form of jordanite,the property of jordanite is similar as galena,it is easy to enter into lead concentrate in the process of mineral process,thus As content shall be exceeded.In order to realize the aim that decreasing of arsenic content and increasing of quality,the contrast experimental investigation on arsenic reduction that"preferential flotation of high arsenic lead","mixed flotation of arsenic and lead-separation of arsenic and lead"were carried out,the effect of test indicators,agent cost on existing process was detailed comparative analyzed,the process that"preferential flotation of high arsenic lead"is recommended as the final arsenic decreasing process flow.The new process"preferential flotation of high arsenic lead"is added on the basis of current process flow of dressing plant,the new preferential flotation of arsenic with one time rough selection,one time scavenging and one time concentrate was added,For the raw ore with-0.075 mm fineness account for 69.01%,by the closed circuit test,the low arsenic lead concentrate can be obtained,which Pb content is 67.18%,As content is 0.37%,the recovery rate of Pb is 81.89%;and the high arsenic lead concentrate can be obtained,which Pb content is 69.17%,As content is 2.26%,the recovery rate of Pb is 4.54%.The test indicators were good,the arsenic decreasing effect were obvious,the aim that decreasing of arsenic content and increasing of quality was realized.
