摘 要:以四川某铜矿生产的常规铁精矿作为试验研究对象。采用“磨矿-磁选-反浮选”进行深度选别试验研究,试验结果表明:原矿TFe品位为58.25%、SiO_(2)含量为12.54%,Al_(2)O_(3)含量为2.80%,在磨矿产品细度-0.038 mm占85%,粗选磁场磁场强度为0.14 T,精选磁场强度选为0.12 T的条件下,可得到TFe品位为69.26%,SiO_(2)含量为2.12%,酸不溶物为3.10%的高品位铁精矿,再采用一次反浮选,在阳离子捕收剂十八胺用量为300 g/t的条件下可得到TFe品位为70.43%、SiO_(2)含量为1.51%,酸不容物<2%的超级铁精矿。The normal iron concentrate produced by one Sichuan copper ore was taken as the object of experimental study.The deep mineral separation study"ore grinding-magnetic separation-reverse flotation"was adopted,and the test results showed that the TFe grade is 58.25%,SiO_(2) content is 12.54%,Al_(2)O_(3) content is 2.80%in raw ore,when ore grinding fineness is-0.038 mm,took up 85%,the magnetic field intensity of rough concentration is 0.14 T,the magnetic field intensity of cleaning concentrate is 0.12 T,we can get the high grade iron concentrate which the TFe grade is 69.26%,the content of SiO2 is 2.12%,the acid-insoluble substance is 3.10%,then one time reverse flotation was adopted,when the dosage of cationic collector-octadecane amine is 300 g/t,we can get the super iron concentrate with the TFe grade is 70.43%,the content of SiO_(2) is 1.51%,the acid-insoluble substance<2%.
