摘 要:为获得较好的铜铅分离效果,以CMC∶水玻璃∶亚硫酸=1∶2∶5的比例配成铅组合抑制剂,通过抑制剂种类及用量、抑制剂搅拌时间、石灰用量和丁基黄药+丁铵黑药用量试验,确定云南某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿的铜铅混合浮选产出的混合精矿分离浮选的最优试验条件。在此条件下开展闭路试验,获得了铜品位24.11%,铅品位1.77%,铜回收率96.31%,铅回收率6.17%的铜精矿和铅品位31.82%,铜品位1.09%,铅回收率93.83%,铜回收率3.69%的铅精矿,实现了铜铅的高效分离。It is confirmed the optimal test conditions for separation and flotation of blended concentrate produced by copperlead mixed flotation of one Yunnan copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulphide ore,we made the combined depressants with the proportion of CMC:water glass:sulphurous acid=1:2:5,we also controlled the type and dosage of inhibitor depressor,the stirring time of inhibitor depressor,the dosage of lime,Sodium n-butylxanthate+ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate in order to get better separation effect of copper and lead.The closed circuit test was carried out with the above mentioned conditions,It was obtained copper concentrate,which the grade of copper is 24.11%,the grade of lead is 1.77%,the recovery rate of copper is 96.31%,the recovery rate of lead is 6.17%and the lead concentrate which the grade of lead is 31.82%,the grade of copper is 1.09%,the recovery rate of lead is 93.83%,the recovery rate of copper is 3.69%,therefore the efficient separation of copper and lead was realized.
