摘 要:青海某选厂生产的铜铅混合精矿主要矿物为方铅矿与黄铜矿,采用常规药剂难以实现铜铅的有效分离,较难获得合格的铜精矿和铅精矿。针对此情况,采用新型铅抑制剂EF-1301进行“一次粗选—两次精选—两次扫选”浮铜抑铅分离流程,获得的铜精矿品位为22.38%、回收率为88.24%,铅精矿品位为68.42%、铅回收率为99.87%,实现了铜铅混合精矿中铜和铅的有效分离,获得了合格铜精矿和铅精矿。The copper-lead blended concentrates produced by one Qinghai dressing plant mainly are galena and copper pyrites,it is hard to effectively separate copper and lead by conventional agents,it is hard to get the qualified copper and lead concentrate.For this scenario,new type lead inhibitor depressor EF-1301 is adopted for the separation flow that"one time rough concentration-two times cleaning concentrations-two times scavengings"copper flotation lead suppression,it can obtain the following data,the grade of copper concentrate is 22.38%,the recovery rate of copper is 88.24%,the grade of lead concentrate is 68.42%,the recovery rate of lead is 99.87%,it can realize the effective separation of copper and lead in copper-lead mixed concentrate,the qualified copper and lead concentrate can be obtained.
