摘  要:建立准确测定含铱催化剂中铱含量的方法,是保障含铱催化剂贵金属高效回收、考察含铱催化剂湿法冶金生产物料平衡的重要技术方法,对保证含铱催化剂买卖双方公平、公正交易具有重要的意义。本法采用碱熔分解含铱催化剂样品,加入基体配制铱标准溶液与待测试样进行基体匹配,运用ICP-AES法测定含铱催化剂中铱含量。实验结果表明:少量定量加入过氧化钠能完全分解样品,采用标准基体匹配方法可消除干扰,Ir校准曲线的线性范围为(0.50~25.00)μg/mL,校准曲线线性相关系数分别为0.99995,方法检出限为2.4μg/g。铱的测定范围为(100~5000)g/t,结果相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为0.2%~3.6%,加标回收率为96%~108%。本法测定铱催化剂样品中铱的结果与国标方法GB/T17418.4-2010的测定值均基本一致。An accurate determination method of iridium content in iridium catalyst is established,it is an important technical method to ensure efficient recovery of precious metal in iridium-containing catalyst and to investigate material balance in hydrometallurgical production of iridium catalyst.It is of great significance to ensure the fair and just trade between buyers and sellers of iridium catalyst.In this method,the sample of iridium-containing catalyst was decomposed by alkali fusion,and the matrix was added to the matrix to prepare iridium standard solution to match the matrix with the sample to be tested.The iridium content in the iridium catalyst was determined by ICP-AES method.The experimental results show that adding a small amount of sodium peroxide can completely decompose the sample,and the interference can be eliminated by using the standard matrix matching method,the linear range of Ir calibration curves is(0.50~25.00)μg/mL,and the linear correlation coefficients of calibration curves is 0.99995,respectively.The limit of detection was 2.4μg/g.Iridium was determined in the range of(100~5000)g/t with relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11)of 0.2%~3.6%.The adding standard recovery rate were 96%~108%.The results of determination of iridium in the sample of iridium catalyst by this method are basically consistent with those determined by GB/T17418.4-2010.
