摘  要:对云南某1 350 m^(3)高炉实施炉腹浇筑内衬修复工作后的开炉生产实践进行了总结和分析。开炉采用全焦填充、带风装料并结合预埋氧枪等全新的高炉开炉方式,通过制定合理的开炉方案和过程中操作参数的精准控制,克服了中大型高炉全焦开炉过程中易于悬料、憋风等困难,实现开炉3 396 min后全风口作业,3d内利用系数达3.02 t/m^(3)·d,实现安全快速开炉达产。It is summarized and analyzed the production practice on blowing-in furnace after furnace pouring and lining repair finished of one Yunnan 1350 m^(3) blast furnace.When furnace blowing-in,fully coke filling,charging with wind was adopted,combining with embedded oxygen lance and so on,a whole new way of furnace blowing-in was established with reasonable furnace blowing-in scheme,as well as the precise control of operation parameters in the process,therefore the difficulities in the fully coke furnace blowingin process,such as hanging of material,suppress the wind and so on were overcome,it is realized full outlet operation after 3396min of furnace blowing-in,the utilization factor can reach to 3.02 t/(m^(3)·d)within 3 days,it is realized safe and rapid furnace blowing-in and production.
