摘 要:阳极质量不佳将导致吨铝阳极消耗增加,单位能耗上升并产生大量炭渣和SO_(2),针对这些干扰电解槽安全运行的问题,分析了石油焦中杂质元素、炭块生产工艺波动及在电解槽运行中粗放作业等导致阳极质量差和炭渣增多的原因,对阳极炭块采取了一系列管理及指标优化措施,使炭耗降低了(12~18) kg/t铝,炭渣产生量降到了(2.5~3) kg/吨铝,保证了电解槽的安全稳定运行。Anode consumption of one ton aluminum and unit energy consumption can be increased due to poor quality of anode,and along with large amount of carbon residues and SO_(2) can be generated,because of these problems that interfere with the safe operation of the electrolytic cell,it is analyzed the impurities elements of petroleum coke,process fluctuations of carbon block production and extensive operation in operation of electrolytic cell,all above mentioned problems will cause poor quality of anode and increasing of carbon residues,therefore,a series of management and indicator optimization measures were taken,and then the carbon consumption is decreased by(12~18)kg per one ton aluminum,the production of carbon residues is decreased by(2.5~3)kg per one ton aluminum,the safe and stable operation of electrolytic cell can be guaranteed.
