摘　　要：电视节目制作网,是各个电视台节目制作的核心,历来是需重点建设的项目。如今,电视台受到新媒体的冲击,生存压力越来越大。如何通过较少的资金获得更好的节目制作效果,是广大地方电视台所关心的问题。为此,结合项目建设实际案例,从系统结构、软件使用、安全设施等方面介绍一种现阶段满足小型电视台节目制作基本要求的低成本电视非编制作网,系统中使用的软件和硬件均采用业内流行的成熟产品,结构简单、价格低廉、易学易用。本文为非编制作网的建设提供了一种新思路,具有一定的参考价值。TV program production network,is the core of each TV program production,has always been to spend a lot of money to build.However,nowadays,TV stations are under the impact of new media,and the pressure of survival is increasing.How to obtain better program production effect with less funds is the concern of the majority of local TV stations.In combination with the practical case of project construction,from the system structure,software use,etc.,this paper introduces a current safety facilities meet the basic requirements of the small television programme production by low-cost TV network,software and hardware of the system used in adopt popular industry mature products,simple structure,low cost,easy to learn and easy to use.It provides a new idea for the construction of uncompiled network and has certain reference value.
