摘  要:铅基钙钛矿具有合适的禁带宽度、宽光谱吸收范围、高载流子扩散长度等优点,但铅毒性和稳定性不佳的问题也限制了铅基钙钛矿材料的商业化发展。使用其他无毒的金属元素替代铅元素,制备在空气中稳定性高的无铅钙钛矿材料具有十分重要的意义。铜元素含量丰富且对环境友好,铜基钙钛矿材料在一定程度上可以解决铅毒性和不稳定性问题,可应用于光伏、热致变色、光电探测器等多个领域。主要综述了无铅铜基钙钛矿的类型及其在太阳能电池、热致变色、发光、光电探测器和催化方面的研究现状,并指出了未来可能的研究方向。Lead-based perovskites have the advantages of suitable band gap,wide spectral absorption range,high carrier diffusion length,etc,while the problems of toxicity and poor stability also limit the commercial development of lead-based perovskites.Based on this,the use of other non-toxic metal elements instead of leading elements to prepare lead-free perovskite with high stability in air is of great significance.Copper storage is rich and environmentally friendly,copper-based perovskite materials can solve the problems of toxicity and instability of Lead-based perovskites to a certain extent,and can be used in many fields such as photovoltaics,thermochromism,and photodetectors.In this paper,the types of lead-free copper-based perovskites and their research status in solar cells,thermochromism,luminescence,photodetectors,and catalysis,and indicates possible future research directions were reviewed,and the potential research direction in the future was pointed out.
