摘  要:为揭示分类地位相近、发育阶段和生活环境相同的肉食性鱼类肠道微生物群落结构的异同,采用高通量测序技术分析了丽水市千峡湖翘嘴鲌(Culter alburnus)、达氏鲌(C.dabryi)和红鳍原鲌(Cultrichthys erythropterus)(平均体质量分别为57.6 g、53.4 g和63.5 g)三种肉食性鱼类的肠道微生物群落结构。结果共获得有效序列943949条,单个样品平均有效序列78662条,归属1094个feature特征序列,其中翘嘴鲌、达氏鲌和红鳍原鲌分别为407个、666个和392个;三种鱼类的共有feature特征序列为73个,占feature特征序列总数的6.67%。物种注释分析显示,门水平上翘嘴鲌以变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、梭杆菌门(Fusobacteria)和厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)为优势菌门,达氏鲌肠道优势菌门为变形菌门和梭杆菌门,红鳍原鲌以变形菌门、梭杆菌门和螺旋菌门(Spirochaetes)为优势菌门;属水平上鲸杆菌属(Cetobacterium)、邻单胞菌属(Plesiomonas)和气单胞菌属(Aeromonas)是三种鱼类肠道共有优势菌属,假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)和Brevinema分别是达氏鲌和红鳍原鲌的优势菌属。研究发现:翘嘴鲌和达氏鲌肠道中严格梭菌属(Clostridium_sensu_stricto_1)和梭菌属(Clostridium)相对丰度差异显著(P<0.05),但其他菌属组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。α多样性分析显示:三种鱼类肠道微生物的丰度和多样性无显著性差异(P>0.05)。属水平上的聚类热图显示:翘嘴鲌和红鳍原鲌的肠道微生物群落结构更为相似。本研究认为分类地位相近,在相同的发育阶段和水域环境下的肉食性鱼类具有相似的肠道菌群结构。The intestinal microbial community structure was analyzed in topmouth culter(Culter alburnus)weighing 57.6 g,humpback(C.dabryi)weighing 53.4 g,and predatory carp(Cultrichthys erythropterus)weighing 63.5 g collected in Qianxia Lake,Lishui City,Zhejiang Province,China,by high-throughput sequencing technology in order to reveal the similarities and differences in the gut microbial community structure of carnivorous fishes with similar classifications,development stages and living environments.The results showed that in the three fish species 943,949 valid sequences and the average valid sequences in a single sample of 78,662 were detected,and were clustered into 1,094 features,407 features in topmouth culter,666 features in humpback and 392 features in predatory carp.The features Shared by the three fish species were 73,accounting for 6.67%of the total number of features.Species annotation analysis revealed that Proteobacteria,Fusobacteria and Firmicutes were the predominant phyla in topmouth culter;Proteobacteria and Fusobacteria were the predominant phyla in humpback;Proteobacteria,Clostridium and Spirochetes were the predominant phyla in predatory carp,indicating that Cetobacteria,Plesiomonas and Aeromonas were the dominant intestinal genera in the three fish species.In addition,Pseudomonas was also the dominant genera in humpback and Brevinema in predatory carp at the same time.Furthermore,there was significant difference in relative abundance of Clostridium_sensu_stricto_1 and Clostridium in topmouth culter and humpback(P<0.05),without significant difference between other groups(P>0.05).The alpha indices showed no significant difference in the abundance and diversity of intestinal microorganisms among the three fish species(P>0.05).On the other hand,the heatmap analysis revealed that the intestinal microbial communities of topmouth culter and predatory carp were similar to each other than those in other combinations.In conclusion,the similar taxonomic carnivorous fishes had similar intestinal microbial communit
