开展海上丝路国家语言国情的调查研究

摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议的实施给我国语言学者和语言学走向世界提供了历史机遇和挑战,从语言种类、语言人口、语言分布等基本指标的描述表明,开展海上丝路国家语言国情调研,对于促进语言学习与交流、文化尊重与理解、实现民心相通,有重要的现实意义。海上丝路国家语言国情调查研究应完成两大任务,一是各国家和民族及族群社会语言生活的调查研究,二是各国大小语种样本的全面采集记录;具体实施则应走由近到远、由易到难、由大到小、由面到点的工作路线。The implementation of Belt and Road Initiative provides excellent opportunity and challenge for the linguistic study in China. Based on the description of basic indicators such as language type, language population and language distribution, investigation and study of national language situations along the Belt and Road is of great practical significance to promote language learning and exchange,cultural respect and understanding, and promotes the connection. The investigation and research on the national language situations along the Maritime Silk Road should cover two topics: firstly, investigation and research on the social and linguistic life of various countries, ethnicities and ethnic groups;secondly, comprehensive collection and recording of the language samples of various countries. The specific implementation should follow the work route: from the close-by countries to those far off, from easiness to difficulties, and from global to local.
