摘 要:侧防护作为长头重卡上一个重要部件,受底盘空间、造型效果、拆装便利性及所处整车位置工况的恶劣性等多因素限制,设计难度大。文章主要针对长头重卡的侧防护系统进行设计研究,阐述了侧防护系统的设计要求及结构设计过程,最后对侧防护的结构性能及失效模式进行了阐述,为侧防护系统的设计开发提供参考及方法。As an important part of the long head heavy truck, side protection is greatly limited by many factors such as chassis empty question, modeling effect, convenience of disassembly and assembly, and the harsh working conditions of the whole vehicle position, the design is much more difficult. The paper discusses the design study of side protection system at long head heavy truck. It recites the design requirements and structural design process of the side protection system. Finally,the structural performance and failure modes of side protection system are described. It provides reference and methods for the design and development of side protection systems.
