摘  要:随着汽车工业的发展,耐腐蚀性试验在试验检测方面起着重要的作用。通过对耐腐蚀性试验的评估及分析,研究真空助力器带制动主缸总成是否符合耐腐蚀性试验标准的目的。基于《QFC-CA04-005-2015制动真空助力器带制动主缸总成》标准,使用盐雾腐蚀试验箱、高低温湿热试验箱和真空助力器高低温综合性能试验台完成试验。试验结果表明,当样件在性能台上进行重载荷强度8826N试验时调整叉会弯曲损坏;经过对耐腐蚀性试验数据的分析之后,得出试验结论:耐腐蚀性试验样件调整叉处均出现不小于15%的红绣和2%的腐蚀导致其无法承受8826N的试验推力。基于此,对主管部门提出了针对性的建议,希望能对改进真空助力器带制动主缸总成耐腐蚀性提供参考。With the development of automobile industry, corrosion resistance test plays an important role in test and detection. This paper through the evaluation and analysis of corrosion resistance test,studying whether the vacuum booster with brake master cylinder assembly meets the corrosion resistance test standard. Based on the standard QFC-CA04-005-2015 Vacuum Booster with Brake Master Cylinder Assembly, use salt spray corrosion test chamber, high and low temperature alternating test chamber and high and low temperature performance test bench for vacuum booster to complete the test. The results showed that when the sample is tested under 8 826 N heavy load strength test on the performance test bench, the adjust the fork is damaged. After the analysis of corrosion resistance test data, draw the test conclusion:no less than 15% red rust and 2% corrosion resistance test samples, which led to their failure to withstand the test thrust of 8 826 N. Based on this,the author puts forward some specific suggestions to the competent authorities, it is hoped to provide reference for improving the corrosion resistance of vacuum booster with brake master cylinder assembly.
